🆕 What’s New with EDGAR Next
The SEC is giving its EDGAR system a major facelift to enhance security and usability. Starting March 24, filers can access the new EDGAR Filer Management dashboard to enroll in EDGAR Next. This upgrade aims to make managing and maintaining EDGAR accounts more streamlined and secure.
📅 Important Dates to Remember
Enrollment in EDGAR Next will be open until December 19, 2025, but don't procrastinate! Filers should complete their enrollment by September 12, 2025, to ensure no interruptions in their ability to file. The sooner you enroll, the smoother your transition will be.
