Bernard, chair of the FAF Board of Trustees, emphasized their "diverse experience and demonstrated commitment to supporting the FASBās standard-setting mission." This eclectic mix ensures that the FASB will receive a broad spectrum of insights, aiding in more comprehensive financial accounting standards.

As we welcome the new members, we also say goodbye to twelve dedicated individuals who are concluding their service in 2025. The outgoing members, including Todd Castagno and Jeremy Croucher, have been instrumental in enriching the Councilās discussions with their diverse viewpoints and unwavering commitment. Michael Morrow, the FASAC Chair, extended his heartfelt thanks for their "purposeful engagement in the Councilās activities."
