🌟 About the Role

Job Purpose: Support the ISSB in developing IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. These standards aim to create a global baseline of sustainability disclosures for investors and financial markets. Your role will involve ensuring interoperability by engaging with entities like EFRAG and GRI.

🛠 Principal Responsibilities

• Evidence-based Research: Conduct research on relevant standards and frameworks.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Represent the ISSB in discussions with standard-setters and regulators.
• Staff Analysis & Recommendations: Develop technical proposals for the ISSB.
• Project Management: Coordinate activities to support technical projects.
• Technical Papers: Draft and review due process documents.

Technical Knowledge & Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of sustainability and financial reporting standards.
• Practical understanding of capital markets and value creation.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively.
